Oreo Cookies

Originally in the 2005 cookbook

Ingredients

1 devils food cake Mix
3/4 cup Margarine
2 eggs

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together well & refrigerate 1-2 hours.
2. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
3. Roll into pecan sized balls and put on greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 7-10 minutes. Remove cookies and cool on wire racks.
5. After cookies cooled, take two cookies. Spread a dollop of frosting on first cookie; place second on frosted side.

Frosting

Mix together the following:
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 cube butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 box powdered sugar (3 3/4 cups)
