This recipe comes off the side of a corn meal box. It's sweet and tasty, and easy to make.

1/2 cup corn meal
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups milk
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl, and mix together.
  3. Combine all wet ingredients in small bowl, and stir together.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  5. Stir ingredients together just until blended. Mixture will be lumpy.
