Fruit-cicles

Originally in the 1994 cookbook

Ingredients

2 cups fruit; blended-strawberries, raspberries, peaches, etc.
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients in blender.
  2. If using peaches, add 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
  3. Freeze in small cups with sticks.
Makes six 1/2 cups
