Yogurt
Originally in the 1991 cookbook
Ingredients
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 cup dry milk
3 1/2 hot water (105 degrees F)
Directions
Mix ingredients in a blender.
Pour into dishes of yogurt maker and keep warm until firm.
