Peanut Butterfingers

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal

Topping:
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2-4 tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream together butter and sugars.
  3. Add eggs and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients (excluding topping) and mix until evenly blended.
  5. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Press mixture evenly into the pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, cover immediately with chocolate chips and allow chips to melt, then spread evenly.
  8. Blend together remaining toppings and spread over the chocolate chips, making a swirl pattern.
  9. Cool, cut and serve.
