Ingredients
1 cup butter1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups oatmeal
Topping:
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2-4 tbsp milk
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients (excluding topping) and mix until evenly blended.
- Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Press mixture evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cover immediately with chocolate chips and allow chips to melt, then spread evenly.
- Blend together remaining toppings and spread over the chocolate chips, making a swirl pattern.
- Cool, cut and serve.
