Mary Lou's World Famous Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 lb hamburger
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, any flavor
1 cup water
1 package stove top stuffing mix
1 onion, chopped, optional.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Put into bread loaf pan and bake for 45 min, or until done.
