Ingredients
1 egg1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp milk
1 cup wheat or white flour
Directions
- Beat egg.
- Combine rest of ingredients together thoroughly. Dough will be sticky.
- Place dough on heavily floured bread counter and press out with hands.
- Sprinkle more flour on top of dough and roll out with rolling pin until very thin.
- Let dry for 1-3 hours.
- Loosely roll up heavily floured dough and slice thinly (1/4 inches) and unroll.
- Drop noodles into boiling soup or salted water.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
