Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Cookies

Originally in the 2005 cookbook

Ingredients

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup oats
3/4 cup softened butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Stir all but chips and mix.
  3. Stir in chips.
  4. Drop from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes, till very lightly browned.
Maxes about 4 dozen cookies.
