Brownie Mix

Mix Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder

Mix and store in plastic bags or mason jars.

Before baking add:

2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp vanilla

Mix well and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
