Porcupine Meatballs

Originally in the 2005 cookbook

Ingredients

2 lbs. hamburger
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 cup water
2/3 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
- pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix and shape into small balls.
  3. Place in 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix the following

30 ounces tomato sauce
2 cups water
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  1. Pour on meatballs, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
  2. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes uncovered.
