Creative Twists

Originally in the 2005 cookbook

Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1 envelope yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour (add more if needed)
1 egg, beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar and set aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix and add to yeast mixture salt and flour.
  4. Mix together until dough forms.
  5. Shape into creative twists. Brush egg over twists.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes.
